This two story, three residence, Craftsman Style project preserves neighborhood character and was given good comments at the City ABR and by neighbors. The use of curved “Italianate” brackets and wood shingles creates a tactile and inviting residential quality , along with a series of changes in form over the length of the building to suggest different identities for each residence. Garage parking uses an existing easement shared by the neighbor.
