Six two bedroom condominiums were built, four two story condominiums adjoining and two penthouses above, the commercial building, each with outdoor balconies and terraces, underground parking, and sweeping views of the city for the latter. Several of the four two story residences have concrete floors to collect heat from south facing windows for passive solar. The penthouses have expansive decks facing south and the city views over the project’s main courtyard “placita” below- a courtyard on a larger canvas.
