Located at 744 El Rodeo Rd., Santa Barbara, this home was a low cost fire rebuild, limited to a single story, and sensitive to the northern mountain views seen from the north side of a low hill. The entry reveals a series of tiered gables providing character from the approach. The Living Room has a long south-facing clearstory window, which provides natural sunlight and daylighting, despite prime north view orientation.
