A Village Theme Cafe

Restaurants are an affordable means of escape from boredom and everyday routine. The “edge” on the competition can be created with an offbeat theme, such as the tropical Elephant Bar or a Mediterranean interior. Without some “sizzle” in the dining room surroundings, however, the competitive edge is easily lost. Hotel projects do well to follow a “village” theme, as seen at the Carpinteria Inn, where the interior court creates an exciting Mediterranean village.
