Robledo Springs New Town

North of Las Cruces, New Mexico, 250 acres were planned for commercial and residential development, with a dramatic town center designed in a southwest design theme. This long term project for Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bailey of Mission Viejo required careful phasing over time, with a portion being executed. Uses included single family homes and mobile home park, commercial convenience center, and recreational areas.
