Hidden Valley Residence

Original construction by Steve MacGillvray, Contractor, and two remodels since at 6034 Bridgeview, Ventura (Hidden Valley). Recent work included a Kitchen, Master Suite, Family Room, and Living Room Remodel, with patio added and other exterior improvements for this Spanish Colonial home, a 4, 300 sf. five bedroom home at final count. Many other smaller remodels, new wrought iron entry gates. Originally designed as a passive solar home with good natural ventilation.
