This Spanish Colonial home at 111 Calle Bello, Montecito, is passive solar, with many south facing doors and windows, a clerestory, and interior thermal mass. The approach from the rear parking area leads to a small entry court, then the Entry looks right to a stair tower and left to the dining and living rooms.
