An existing shopping center in Bend, Oregon, to be largely remodeled and several new buildings added, for Kevin Burns of Santa Barbara's SIMA Corporation. This proposal was a soft blend of contemporary and Italianate forms, intended to be inviting and personable to attract customers into a .village. environment - encouraging shoppers to return over and over. Design and presentation drawings to promote the project to investors and potential tenants.
