Garden Street Condominiums
Four two story, two bedroom units in downtown Santa Barbara, several with striking Riviera views. Covered parking was planned for the front of the project in order to save open space for the project in the rear and its viewshed. Entries for the residences used the side yards as a result, adding some privacy. An upper floor trellis on the entry side was suggested, but not built. Mark Johnston, contractor and co-owner, completed the project on a prudent budget.
