La Romana

This 5,000 sf. Spanish Colonial home at 1368 Via Veneto, Santa Barbara, has spectacular mountain views from northeast to north west. The project, in construction, includes many courts and terraces between the street and the dramatic mountain view. Moorish arches are used to create a unique gateway at the Main Courtyard (see sketch). An extensive upstairs Terrace provides a 330 degree view of the mountains and ocean with outdoor fireplace, view alcove and small bar.
