Thirteen 3700 sq. ft. low cost homes were designed for Royal Construction on Violet, Daffodil & Baker Lanes, Goleta: four have been completed and four are in construction. These Craftsman and Mediterranean Theme homes include two or three car Garages, many with enclosed atriums, and all with passive solar. Applauded by the City after denial of designs by another firm, each home includes vaulted ceilings, "butler's" pantries, island kitchens, walk-in dressing rooms, large central storage, and central skylighting.
