Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Thielst

A three bedroom, two story home oriented to the sun and the northeastern mountain views on Modoc Road, Santa Barbara. A budget house on a limited site, with just enough solar access to allow passive solar heat in winter and summer cooling by collecting ocean breezes in summer. Construction was reasonably executed by Jeff Van Housen, Contractor.
