A Village Theme Cafe

Santa Barbara Airport, Ventura (Walker and Victoria Streets), & Palm Desert (Hwy 101): Three restaurants with a tropical theme, 6,500 sf. to 5,000 sf. in size, averaged $13-17,000 gross receipts per day their first year, and all thrived as local meeting places and destinations. These projects achieved excitement in their dining environments, enhanced by the warmth of the wood interiors, the "safari" theme, and a flowing sense of form and detail - a winning formula for David Nancarrow.
